
Hors d'Oeuvres Platter Options

For groups of 18 or less, you have the option to offer the Regular Dinner Menu for your guests. If you choose the regular menu, then all entrees will be served with Garlic Smashed Potatoes and the Chef’s Vegetable of the Day. In addition, we recommend that you start your event with pre-selected hors d’oeuvres. It’s a great way to provide your guests with something delicious to enjoy before they order dinner, like a short reception after your arrival. If your goal is to impress, the Premier Platter features a selection of all of our best appetizers, including Chef’s signature Cajun-Seared Lamb Chops and our famous Giant Shrimp Cocktail. Hors d’oeuvres are served in the proper proportions for the number of guests in attendance.
