All the proper accoutrements, including complimentary automated projection screens, high-speed internet access, professional audio-visual stands, power strips and light dimming controls, to make business gatherings enjoyable, easy and effective are available in all the rooms except the Wine Cellar Room.

Also available are wireless microphones, LCD projector with wireless remote, laser pointers, lecterns, TV/VCR, overhead projector, flip charts, markers and easels.

An excellent and timely dining experience will no doubt enhance business negotiations and is a must for social gatherings. This is where Donovan’s private party menu comes into play.

Groups of 18 or less may order from the regular dinner menu, however a variety of custom menu options, including basic, standard and premier levels, featuring multiple entrees, are available for groups of 19 or more.

A prix fixe menu (fixed price) is available for gatherings of 50 people or more and/or when time constraints are a concern. Basic, standard and premier options are also available, including mixed entrees with each.

Donovan’s offers three levels of hors d’ oeuvres platters which can serve as pre-dinner appetizers for smaller groups and as tasty additions to a cocktail reception for larger gatherings.

Very special additions to any private party group gathering are the optional Australian Rock Lobster Centerpieces. Each lobster is medallioned for 4 guests and artfully presented in the shell.
